It appears you have a Weimie, I’m surprised you haven’t known about them. Jordanna Kelly was the contact person a few years ago… Good bunch!
A house near there were selling puppies a couple of months the ago.
They do not belong to the Krehbiel’s. Thanks for all who have shared with me
She checks out as a real person. Must be a real post.

Greetings, kind folks.
My name is Dauphin and I am a 6 year old gentleman. I came to Rescue because my mama was sick and she wanted to make sure I had a good life - can you help a guy out? I'm looking for a forever home.
I'm a low key guy and I just adore my family. My favorite things to do are take short walks, carry around stuffies, snuggle with my favorite humans (you guessed it - even in their bed), hang around indoors (doesn't everyone prefer climate control?), and let's not forget my nightly game of fetch! #ballislife
I wouldn't ever think to go potty indoors - that's for the untrained folk. 🙅♂️
My foster parents work all day, so I go into this cozy little wire house while they're away and I'm a perfect gentleman all day!
I have 2 human foster sisters - ages 7 & 9 - they are pretty nifty and I do love them so! Sometimes, though, they can get a little too annoying and setting boundaries have been a learning process for all of us.
I am very well trained and was clearly well loved in my previous home. I can sit, lay down, and I have phenomenal recall. I'm proving you CAN teach an old dog new tricks - my foster family has taught me things like shake and wait (can you even believe they make me sit and WAIT to eat my food?! #drool)
I would prefer to be an only dog in my forever home, or live with a female dog. In my previous home, I had a sister-dog and she was superb. I currently reside with alum Willa and she's great, too! However, I can become protective of my sister-dog if another male dog comes around.
I am fostered in West Des Moines, IA and my adoption fee is $250. Head on over to our website to apply! www.iowaweimrescue.org ... See MoreSee Less
If I didn't work so far from home, I would have kept this wonderful boy when I transported him to WDM. He is beyond great
Sounds like such a good boy!!!
Sounds like the perfect Weim!
So handsome 😍
